The Calgary Roughnecks are committed to assisting charitable organizations throughout Alberta to raise much-needed funds by providing auction items for events.
Tickets donations are the main donation we give out. Due to the large number of requests the team receives on a daily basis, the Calgary Roughnecks mainly donate to organizations that benefit health and medical groups and hospitals, services provided to children and families, organizations that benefit youth lacrosse and educational services and programs.
DONATION GUIDELINES
In order for your donation request to be processed, please follow the guidelines below:
- Requests must be submitted in writting on organization letterhead
- Event date and location
- Nature of event (what proceeds are going towards)
- Time/Location
- Contact name
- Phone number and email address contact can be reached at

All donation requests must be received at least 4 - 6 weeks in advance.
