DRILL CREW / STUNT TEAM APPEARANCE REQUESTS
Appearance Information The Roughnecks dance team is comprised of 20 members, ranging in age from 18 to 25 years old. The Drill Crew are visible throughout Calgary at charitable events and corporate appearances. With a variety of music selections and dance styles, the dance team entertain at all Roughnecks home games.
Requesting the Drill Crew to appear at your event is easy. All you need do is contact the Calgary Roughnecks Community Relations Department.
Here are some helpful hints: Requests will only be considered if they are received in writing two (2)weeks prior to the scheduled event. Upon receipt of the Request Form, please allow 5-7 business days to receive a response to your inquiry.
APPEARANCE FEES
Fees are as follows: Charitable/Community/Non-Commercial Functions -- non-paid appearances.
Many civic organizations do offer honorariums to the dancers, which is appreciated. Travel costs are required with a minimum of $20 paid to the members.
Private Parties/Commercial Functions -- $50 per hour, per member.
• One hour is the minimum duration for appearances, with a minimum of two members per appearance.
• The Calgary Roughnecks must approve all publicity for the event.
• The dancers will need a private, clean, and secure place to change and take breaks. Parking and water must also be provided.
• The client must provide clear, concise detailed directions from the Saddledome to the event location.
• Additional travel fees may be required for long distance appearances.
