As league champion, Rochester receives the ninth and final selection in the first round (which belongs to Toronto). The first seven selections are based on overall seeding at the conclusion of the regular season.

Five other teams are set to draft in the first round while the Buffalo Bandits (10th overall), Philadelphia Wings (19th overall) and back-to-back champion Knighthawks (27th overall) will make their first selection in the second and third rounds.
